It opened in 2015, in the district of the fashionable Karlin.

Eska is a chic and stylish restaurant which has an open space for the foodies. With various media offices and music venues nearby, this restaurant runs amazingly well. The interior of the Eska is pretty eye-catching as it is a beautiful, chic combination of blonde wood and brushed steel. The open space and the two-story restaurant is a treat for the eyes and the tummy too.

The food at Eska is pure classical Czech and all about blending old techniques with new dishes, keeping the traditions alive. You would not want to miss out on the delicious artichoke soup with buckwheat and dried beetroot salad. Also, the catfish and cauliflower combined in a creamy dill butter sauce are all you need to turn your Monday blues around. Also, the sweets and drinks at Eska are a great blend of different flavors and provide you with a unique experience that is hard to not fall in love with. The wonderfully talented chefs at Eska bring a great twist to their foods by merging the old and new techniques smartly.

The portions at the restaurant are not too huge. If you are looking for a plate full of food, then this might not be the best place for you. However, if you are in search of some exciting flavors and wish to explore a different cuisine, then Eska is the right place to visit. The artsy presentation of food is to die for. Location

Eska is located in the Karlin District of Prague and offers you traditional local dishes along with modernized cuisine too. The timings of the restaurant are:

•    It opens at 11.30 am from Monday-Friday and closes at 3 pm. After a 2.5 hours break, the restaurant reopens at 5 pm and closes at 11.30 pm.

•    On the weekend, that is Saturday and Sunday, Eska opens up at 9 am and closes at 3 pm for a break. It then reopens at 5 pm and closes at 11.30 pm.
